My Heart Map

Students drew inspiration from picture book “My Map Book” by Sara Fanelli to create personal heart maps. Lesson by Anastasia Collins.

Louise Nevelson Assemblage

Students used inspiration from artist Louise Nevelson to explore recycled materials and create a unique assemblage. ​Lesson by Yuliya Paylor.

Painted Paper Collage

Students were introduced to the color wheel and mixed paint to create secondary color painted papers. Students then used their painted papers to create a collage. ​Lesson by Yuliya Paylor.

Mondrian

Students used primary colors in a Mondrian-inspired painting. Lesson by Yuliya Paylor.

Drawing Nature

Students chose from objects found in nature (acorns, pumpkins, sticks, gourds, pinecones, etc.) and used a variety of drawing materials to create an observational drawing. ​Lesson by Yuliya Paylor.

Natick Early Intervention Summer Program

Students listened to the "Wide-Mouthed Frog" story and song. Students used Model Magic, pipe cleaners, and googly eyes to create their own animals and practice color mixing. Lesson by Kay Furst.
